Order to Delivery

1. Normal Air Delivery

1. Deliver on Wednesday: Order Cutoff by Friday 12PM 1 week before

2. Deliver on Saturday: Order Cutoff by Monday 12PM 1 week before

2. Sea-shipment Delivery

1. Delivery on Monday to Saturday: Order cutoff by Wednesday 12PM 1 month before

*You cannot mix Normal Air Delivery and Sea-shipment Delivery.

Delivery

1. Minimum Order Amount: $100.00
2. Free Delivery for order above $200.00
3. Delivery Fee $20.00 for order below $199.99
4. Delivery Fee $20.00 for order below $199.99
5. Delivery on available in Mainland of Singapore.
6. No Delivery Time Slot available.

After ordering

1. After the order payment is processed: Order confirmation email will be automatically sent.
2. 1 day before delivery: The release notification email with the Statement of Delivery attached will be automatically sent.
3. On the delivery day: We will deliver the item and the statement of delivery sheet.

 

Payment

1. NET30
2. Please transfer payment to our stated bank account.
3. Within the 5 business days in the following month, we will email the monthly invoice.
4. The invoice detail and our bank information are written on the monthly invoice.
